Privacy Statement
Clickt is committed to keeping your information private, minimal, and under your control. This statement explains what we collect, why we collect it, and what you can do about it.
Clickt is a product of Click T. Pvt Ltd. ("Clickt", "we", "our", "us"). References to "Clickt" throughout this statement and across click-t.com refer to Click T. Pvt Ltd.
What we collect
We collect only what is necessary to run Clickt on iPhone, iPad, and Mac.
- Account details you provide - your name and email address when you sign up.
- Workspace content you create - tasks, checklists, workflows, Builder datasets, Presentation decks, and team collaboration activity.
- Essential technical data required to keep the app working correctly, such as error logs and performance signals.
How we use it
Every piece of information we collect is used for one clear purpose: making Clickt work well for you.
- To provide core functionality and keep your workspace in sync across devices.
- To support collaborative features - task assignments, team updates, shared checklists.
- To maintain security, reliability, and app performance.
- To respond to support requests and resolve technical issues.
Where applicable law requires us to state a legal basis for processing, we rely on: performance of our contract with you (providing the Clickt service you signed up for); your consent (for example, when you connect your own AI provider key); and our legitimate interest in operating, securing, and improving Clickt in a way that does not override your own rights and interests.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. Data may be processed by trusted service providers only where necessary to operate Clickt - for example, secure cloud infrastructure, data-storage partners, and the AI providers described below.
Business uses Clickt's managed shared SaaS infrastructure with organization controls. Dedicated databases or private-cloud deployments are optional custom options, individually scoped in the customer's agreement.
ClicktAI and third-party AI providers
ClicktAI Copilots work within each module. When you send a request, the relevant content from that module - and only that content - is sent to an AI provider to generate a proposal. No action is applied to your workspace until you review and approve it.
On the Free plan, you connect your own AI provider API key. Your requests are then governed directly by that provider's own terms and privacy policy, and Clickt does not control how that provider handles your data once your request reaches it. On Business, your organization's administrator assigns a Clickt-approved AI provider to the users whose work needs it. In both cases, Clickt does not store or transmit your AI provider credentials beyond what is needed to process each request.
We select AI providers who commit contractually not to use your workspace content to train their general-purpose models, and we require the same commitment from any provider we add in the future.
AI-generated suggestions may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal before approving it - Clickt does not warrant the accuracy of any AI-generated content. See our Terms of Service for the full acceptable-use terms covering ClicktAI.
International data transfers
Clickt's infrastructure, and any third-party AI or cloud providers we use, may process and store data in a country other than the one you access Clickt from. Where required by applicable law, we rely on appropriate safeguards - such as standard contractual clauses or an equivalent transfer mechanism - for any transfer of personal data across borders.
Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, and resolve disputes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting support.
Children's privacy
Clickt is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required by your local law, if higher), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from a child below that age. If Clickt is used for a school or class project, it should be used through a school-issued account or with parent/guardian permission where local law requires it. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us at clickt@click-t.com and we will delete it.
Security and incident response
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and access controls on our infrastructure. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affecting your personal data occurs, we will notify affected users, and any regulator required by law, without undue delay.
Your choices
- You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your account data.
- You can sign out or delete your account from within the Clickt app.
- You can contact us at any time with privacy-related questions or concerns.
Changes to this statement
We may update this statement as Clickt's features, AI providers, or legal obligations change. We will reflect changes with an updated "Last updated" date above, and where a change is material, we will notify Business administrators directly.
