Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Clickt — the app, ClicktAI Copilots, and click-t.com. By creating an account or using Clickt, you agree to them.
Clickt is a product of Click T. Pvt Ltd. ("Clickt", "we", "our", "us"). If you are using Clickt on behalf of an organization, "you" means that organization, and you confirm you have authority to bind it to these terms.
Acceptance of these terms
By creating a Clickt account, downloading the app, or using any part of Clickt, you agree to these Terms of Service and to our Privacy Statement. If you do not agree, do not use Clickt.
Who can use Clickt
- You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required by your local law, if higher) to create your own account.
- If you are using Clickt for a school project, do so through a school-issued account or with parent/guardian permission where local law requires it.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your account details and for keeping your login credentials secure.
- Business and Enterprise administrators are responsible for the conduct of the members they add to their organization's workspace.
The service
Clickt provides Teams, Checklist, Builder, and Presentation in one connected workspace, along with ClicktAI Copilots that can propose work inside each module. Every Copilot proposal is reviewable — nothing a Copilot prepares is applied to your workspace until you approve it.
We may add, change, or remove features over time. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during your current billing period without notice.
Your content
You own the content you create in Clickt — your tasks, checklists, Builder datasets, and Presentation decks ("your content"). You grant Clickt a limited license to host, process, transmit, and back up your content solely to provide and support the service, including sending relevant content to an AI provider when you ask a ClicktAI Copilot for help, as described in our Privacy Statement.
You are responsible for having the rights to any content you put into Clickt, and for making sure it does not violate anyone else's rights or applicable law.
AI-generated output and acceptable use
ClicktAI Copilots generate proposals — task assignments, checklists, charts, slides, and summaries — based on the request and content you provide. As between you and Clickt, you own the output a Copilot generates for you once you approve it, subject to the rights of the underlying AI provider and any third-party material you supplied as input.
AI-generated output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing every proposal before you approve it, and for how you use the output afterward — Clickt does not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of any AI-generated content.
When using ClicktAI, you agree not to:
- Submit requests intended to produce illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
- Attempt to use ClicktAI to access another user's or organization's workspace content without authorization.
- Attempt to extract, reverse engineer, or misuse the underlying AI models or provider systems Clickt connects to.
- Use Clickt or ClicktAI in a way that violates applicable law or the rights of others.
Third-party AI providers
On the Free plan, you connect your own AI provider API key, and your use of ClicktAI is also governed by that provider's own terms of service — Clickt is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for that provider's handling of your request. On Business and above, your organization uses a Clickt-approved AI provider; Clickt's agreement with that provider governs how it may process the data described in our Privacy Statement.
Plans, billing, and the 90-day guarantee
Clickt is offered on Free, Business, and Enterprise plans as described on our Plans page, which forms part of these terms. Business and Enterprise plans are billed annually unless your order form states otherwise; the one-time initial setup fee, and any consumed or committed AI usage, taxes, or custom implementation cost, are non-refundable.
If a first-time Business customer cancels in writing within 90 days of paid service starting, Clickt will refund 75% of the first annual software subscription (the unused nine months), as described on our Plans page. This guarantee is limited to one per organization and does not cover the items listed above as non-refundable.
Term, suspension, and termination
You may stop using Clickt and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially violate these terms, misuse ClicktAI, or use Clickt in a way that creates risk or legal exposure for Clickt or other users — where practical, we will give notice first.
When your account is terminated, your right to access your content ends; we handle deletion of remaining data as described in our Privacy Statement.
Disclaimers
Clickt is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including any warranty that Clickt will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any ClicktAI output will be accurate or fit for a particular purpose.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Clickt will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of Clickt. Clickt's total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid Clickt in the 12 months before the claim arose.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Clickt harmless from any claim arising from your content, your violation of these terms, or your misuse of ClicktAI, to the extent permitted by law.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of Nepal, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these terms, or your use of Clickt, will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kathmandu, Nepal.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as Clickt's features, plans, or legal obligations change. We will reflect changes with an updated "Last updated" date above, and where a change is material, we will notify Business and Enterprise administrators directly.
