User Guide

Get the most out of Clickt

From your first workflow to team execution and polished deliverables - this guide shows you what each module does and why it saves you time.

Where to start 🔗

Not sure which part of Clickt to open first? Pick the path that matches what you're trying to do.

I need to build a report or analysis

Start in Builder - import your data, create charts and tables, then push everything into Presentation for a clean, shareable export.

Go to Builder

I need to coordinate my team

Open Teams, assign tasks with clear ownership, and track what's open versus done - all in one place, visible to everyone who needs it.

Go to Teams

I have a simple list to manage

Checklist is the fastest way to capture and tick off items - synced across all your devices when you're signed in.

I want AI to handle the setup

Each module has its own ClicktAI Copilot. Ask it to prepare your analysis, draft slides, or summarize tasks - then approve the result before anything changes.

Builder 🔗

Turn raw data into polished deliverables

Builder takes you from messy spreadsheets or exported data all the way to a finished chart, table, or slide-ready output - without needing a separate tool for each step.

Import your data

Bring in CSV, TXT, or JSON files. Builder reads your dataset and shows you exactly what was imported - rows, columns, and a preview - so you can confirm before doing anything else.

Tip: You can load multiple datasets in one workspace and switch between them as you work.

Build your analysis

Create X-Y plots, bar charts, scatter plots, filtered tables, derived columns, and grouped summaries. Use Quick Preset to get a sensible starting configuration in seconds rather than building from scratch.

Tip: Derived columns let you calculate new fields directly inside Builder without editing your original file.

Deliver clean outputs

Load your charts and tables onto the canvas, arrange the layout, then export as PNG, DOC, or PPT - or send directly to Presentation for a polished deck. Use Polish All to apply consistent visual finishing before export.

Tip: Sending to Presentation lets you combine Builder outputs with custom slides without re-importing anything.

Presentation 🔗

Build decks that look finished

Presentation is where your work becomes something you can actually share - a clean slide deck ready for a meeting, a client, or a team update.

  • Build your deck: Create slides, set titles and body text, add images, and reorder everything by dragging.
  • Apply your brand: Set template rules, color schemes, and typography once - Presentation applies them consistently across every slide.
  • Preview before you export: See exactly how each slide looks in-app before committing to a file.
  • Export for sharing: Output as HTML or PDF depending on how you plan to present or distribute.
Where do exports save? On iPhone and iPad, exports go to the Files app. On Mac, you choose the destination folder.

Teams & Tasks 🔗

Keep work assigned, visible, and moving

Teams brings your collaborators into one shared workspace. Every task has a clear owner, and everyone can see what's done versus what still needs attention - no separate status-update thread required.

How to use Teams:

  • Create a team and invite members by sending a membership request.
  • Assign tasks directly to people so ownership is never ambiguous.
  • Use YES / NO decision invites when you need a fast group response - members reply in one tap and you see the outcome immediately.
OPEN

Task is active and assigned to someone.

COMPLETED

The assignee marked the task done.

YES / NO

A decision invite - members vote and you see the result instantly.

Checklist 🔗

Your personal progress tracker

Checklist is the fastest way to capture what needs to get done and see your progress as you go. It syncs automatically when you're signed in, so your list is the same whether you're on your phone, tablet, or computer.

  • Add, edit, and reorder items in seconds.
  • Mark items complete as you finish them - or reopen them if plans change.
  • Clear completed items with a single action to keep your list clean.
  • Team assignments that come through Tasks appear here too, so everything is in one place.

ClicktAI Copilots 🔗

AI that prepares work - you decide what gets applied

Every module in Clickt has its own AI Copilot that understands that module's context. Builder Copilot works with your datasets. Presentation Copilot works with your slides. Teams Copilot works with your tasks. Checklist Copilot works with your items.

You ask, the Copilot prepares a suggestion, shows you exactly what will change, and waits for your approval. Nothing is applied until you say so.

Free plan

Connect your own AI provider API key in Settings. You can use any supported provider - the key stays on your device and the Copilots use it on your behalf.

Business

Your organization admin assigns Clickt-provided AI to the users whose work needs it. If you've been assigned access, Copilots work immediately when you sign in - no setup needed on your end.

Exports 🔗

Clickt can export your work in several formats depending on the module:

  • Builder: PNG, DOC, PPT, or directly to Presentation.
  • Presentation: HTML or PDF.

Where files go after export:

  • iPhone / iPad: Files app
  • Mac: You choose the destination folder

If an export fails, try PNG first - it's the fastest format to render and confirms whether the canvas content is working correctly. Then retry PDF, DOC, or PPT.

Account & Settings 🔗

Everything that controls your account and AI setup lives in Settings.

  • Profile: Edit your name and username.
  • Security: Reset your password or sign out from all devices.
  • AI Copilot key: On the Free plan, add your AI provider API key here to enable Copilots across all modules.
  • Account deletion: Delete your account and all associated data from within the app.
  • Help links: Access support, privacy, and terms pages directly from Settings.

Notifications 🔗

Clickt sends push notifications to keep you in the loop on team activity - without you having to check the app constantly.

You'll get notified when:

  • Someone sends you a team membership invite
  • A team member responds to an invite
  • A task is assigned to you
  • A task you assigned is completed
  • You receive a YES / NO decision invite
  • Someone replies to a task thread

If notifications aren't arriving: Check that Clickt has permission to send notifications in your device settings.

Troubleshooting 🔗

Export failed or produced a blank file

Try PNG export first. If PNG works, the canvas is rendering correctly - retry your target format (PDF, DOC, or PPT). If PNG is blank too, check that your content is fully loaded before exporting and try again.

Notifications not arriving

Confirm Clickt has notification permission in your device settings and that you're signed in to your account.

Can't assign tasks or use team actions

Task assignment and decision invites require an accepted team membership. Make sure the person you're trying to include has accepted their invite. Some actions - like deleting a team - are only available to the team creator.

ClicktAI Copilot isn't responding

On the Free plan, make sure you've added a valid AI provider API key in Settings. Check that the key is active and has remaining quota with your provider. On Business plans, contact your admin to confirm the organization's AI credential is configured.

Data not syncing across devices

Sync requires an active internet connection and a signed-in account. Sign out and sign back in if sync appears stuck. For Checklist specifically, use the refresh action to pull the latest cloud state.

Still stuck? Write to Clickt Support - include your device, OS version, and a quick description of what happened.
