Battery Testing Data & Prediction Platform
An internal R&D platform built at Johnson Energy Storage: structured data capture across every test stage (cathode, anode, electrolyte, cell assembly, pre-test procedures) into a canonical MySQL schema, with filterable and manually configurable tables per research team. A grid-style dashboard showed every battery under test with a live performance grade; selecting one or several cells opened detailed graphs and data for side-by-side comparison. A prediction model fed directly into that grading system for a clearer read on performance and future trajectory, alongside a simulator for modeling different process and prediction scenarios, and a historical tab for pulling up and comparing past batteries.
Johnson Energy Storage is a fast-growing, Atlanta-based solid-state battery company - named a Top 20 Fastest-Growing Company by the Atlanta Business Chronicle and covered by Forbes.

A production iOS application built with Swift and Firebase, integrating a Python ML API, released publicly on the App Store.
