Each paid company workspace has a one-time initial setup fee, scaled to the level of administration and onboarding your team needs. After that, you pay only the per-user monthly subscription.
Private distribution, a separately branded app, dedicated infrastructure, and custom integrations are optional services quoted only when your organisation needs them.
What your Business subscription funds
Clickt-provided AI is governed by the selected supported model and your organisation’s usage policy. Your admin assigns it to the specific users whose work needs it - it isn’t switched on for every seat by default. Extra usage is topped up in $5, $10, $15, or $20 increments - always billed in USD, even on NPR pricing - or separately approved; never an automatic unlimited-usage promise.
If a first-time Business customer cancels in writing within 90 days of paid service starting, Clickt will refund 75% of the first annual software subscription - the unused nine months. The initial company setup, consumed or committed AI usage, taxes, custom implementation, and third-party distribution costs are non-refundable.
One guarantee per organisation. Your account must be in good standing and have completed onboarding. This is a commercial guarantee; the final order form controls if it differs.
